Can I return opened products?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used. This ensures that all items remain safe for our young customers.

Received a damaged or faulty item?

If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, email us at help@shishupureaura.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a description and supporting photos or videos. Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not issue cash refunds. Instead, we offer store credit in eligible cases, which you can use for future purchases on Shishu Pure Aura.

Want to exchange an item?

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product is unused and unopened
  • All packaging and accessories are intact
  • There are no signs of tampering or wear
How to request an exchange
  1. Email help@shishupureaura.com with your order number and reason for exchange
  2. Pack the product securely with its original packaging and invoice
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship your replacement if approved
What if the item is out of stock?

If your desired replacement is unavailable, we will issue a credit note for the product’s value, usable for future orders on our website.

Exclusions to our exchange policy

Exchanges are not applicable for damages caused by:

  • Rough handling or negligence post-delivery
  • Improper use or storage
  • Accidental damage (e.g., dropping, spillage)
